Ego defense mechanism is a struggle of human mind to do or not to do. Human mind wants to get pleasure. From a chocolate chewing to a love affaction is the element of pleasure that leads by endorphin secretion in body.

Each people wants to do something get pleasure. There have two sides of thought. One is constructive and another is destructive.

Constructive task a men can do easily without any restriction. But some task that may give someone pleasure but he can not do due to surrounding restriction.

Continuously, there causing strugle between to do or not to do. These strugle in human mind causing Anxiety.

Leadership is a common human characteristics that leads someone to make influence on other to drive them in a specific task to do.

Leadership comes eternally, It is somewhat god gifted else. A people may occupy a position but may not become a good leader.

Leadership is concerned with peoples love and trust. Love and Trust of people altogather makes a men leader.

A people can gain million of love, a people may have million of fan for a certain cause, But he may not a leader if people have no trust on him as well as confidence on him that he can do good for them.
